In NSW, cars 5 years or older require a Pink Slip (eSafety Check) for each annual registration renewal. Vehicles under 5 years old are exempt from the eSafety Check but still require a green slip (CTP insurance).

Yes — tyre condition and tread depth is a mandatory inspection item. NSW requires a minimum of 1.5mm tread depth across the full width of the tyre. Bald, cracked, or damaged tyres will cause a fail. If you're unsure about your tyres, we can advise you when we arrive.
Yes — we submit your eSafety Check electronically to Service NSW the moment your car passes. The result appears in their system immediately, allowing you to renew online via MyServiceNSW, the Service NSW app, or at a Service NSW centre straight away.
It depends on what triggered the light. Safety-related fault codes (e.g. ABS, airbag, brake system faults) may cause a fail. Engine management warnings unrelated to safety systems may be acceptable. Call us and describe the light — we'll give you an honest assessment before you book.
